CL3/HG3 Emergency Fumigation Plan
The range of options are:
Fumigation service
A full lab service available with a membership option which gives access to priority scheduling and 24/7 telephone support.
Efficacy Study
Validation of a fumigation plan is needed for ACDP compliance, this option includes:
- The provision of an emergency fumigation procedure
- Confirmation of the fumigation procedure efficacy
- Identify “dead” spots within the laboratory and recommend remedial actions
- Carry out a simulated emergency fumigation using chemical and biological indicators as appropriate to demonstrate efficacy
- Provision of an efficacy study report
Sealability integrity test -
- An integrity test for a lab which will confirm ACDP compliance which includes:
- Visual inspection of the fabric, finishes and structure
- Fabric integrity leak testing using a smoke pencil or similar ACDP approved methodology
- Differential pressure measurement
- Undertake a simulated fumigation cycle to shut down and re start the laboratory using the clients existing fumigation protocol
- Confirm the correct operation and control of dampers, fumigation sockets
Optional Extras
- HEPA filter testing (extract and/or supply)
- Safety cabinet service and validation to include KI Discus testing on a six-monthly basis as recommended in the ACDP guidance
- Magnehelic gauge zero and verification
- Pressure decay test
